Utilising the core practices of Movement Medicine, we will explore the concepts of Vicious Circles and Medicine Circles and especially the ways in which they show up in our experience as men in a male body. Through process and ceremony we will go on a hero’s journey to retrieve the mythical Sword of Discernment at the centre of our Medicine Circle in the territory of the Inner Shaman. We will invoke 3 Golden Keys to Freedom and Choice: Resourcing, Releasing and Remembering.

WILD EROS. Reclaiming Healthy Masculine Energy and Resourcing of our Wild Elemental Nature

A Movement Medicine workshop designed for men who seek to embrace life physically, emotionally, conceptually and spiritually, with its depth, heights and mystery. It is for men who are called to reclaim their WILD EROS - their naturally wild and beautiful sexual / creative energy -  and to cultivate healthy masculine energy rooted in their elemental nature. It is for men who strive to live a life of authenticity, integrity, reciprocity, emotional intelligence and embodied wisdom.

MODULE1: INCANTATION - Intention – discovering and defining your life-project. Breathing Life into your Dreams

This Apprenticeship is specifically for men. It follows the curriculum for all Movement Medicine Apprenticeships and adapts it to serve men in particular. Through Movement Medicine, ritual and ceremony we explore masculine roles, challenges and evolutionary opportunities.

MOVEMENT MEDICINE INITIATION for MEN is an epic 10-Day Immersion into the Cycles, Season and Reasons for being alive. It is an intensive that contains all of the key ingredients of INITIATION that has been offered through The School of Movement Medicine for decades and it has a couple of spicy twists to the recipe.

We will work with the 9 cycles of the life journey, in the Movement Medicine map: Conception, Birth, Childhood, Puberty, Adolescence, Adulthood, Maturity, Old age and Death.

It incorporates a 1 night Vision Quest in Nature to invoke a visionary overview of your life and it includes a Dancing With Death Burial Ceremony in which you will spend the night in the grave and invite Death - as a benevolent friend - to revitalise your life.
