2. Personal Data We Process

We only process personal data that you actively provide to us.

For 1:1-work and weekend workshops, this may only include:

• First and last name

• Email address

• Telephone number

For the apprenticeship-programme, this includes

• First & last Name

• Date of Birth

• Home Address

• Email address

• Telephone number

• Information which is necessary for MM4M to assess whether or not the applicant is ready for the programme. This includes information about personal life, physical and psychological health and experience with and interest in Movement Medicine

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:

• Sending newsletters to subscribers

• Registering participants for workshops, ceremonies, events and the Apprenticeship program

• Communicating with participants and subscribers regarding our activities

• Organising and executing workshops and events of Movement Medicine for Men, Awakening the Wild and De Beweging van het Leven.

Your data will never be used for purposes other than those stated above.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the basis of:

• Consent (for newsletters and registrations)

• Legitimate interest (communication related to events you have registered for)

The application for the Initiation-Retreat and the Apprenticeship-programme, we use google-forms. The information which you supply for the applications are stored securely in Google’s systems, in compliance with GDPR standards.

HostingPartner (www.squarespace.com)
Hosting provider for our website and email services. The provider applies up-to-date technical and organisational security measures.
Automated backups of the website and newsletter database are created and stored locally on secured devices. Backups are retained for a maximum of two years.

Workshop-organisers
Throughout Europe, we work with people and companies who organise local workshops for us.

For the purpose of organising these events. they might collect no more than your name, email-adres and telephone-number. And Movement Medicine for Men may provide them with your name, email-adres and telephone-number for no other reason than inviting you for the event.
These data are only stored at local devices of the organisers (no cloud-storage), and are protected with strong passwords.

6. Data Retention

Personal data is stored no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe. Event-related data is retained only as long as required for organisational and administrative purposes.
